Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Muzo Jam Live (the "Service"), an online platform for live and interval-synced music jam sessions, recording, and mixing. The Service is provided by Muzo ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Muzo.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan (Free, Pro, or Studio).
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
- fraud, spam, harassment, or impersonation;
- uploading, streaming, or recording content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- interfering with security, distributing malware, probing, scraping, or overloading the Service;
- reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing plan limits or technical restrictions.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the music and recordings you create. You grant Muzo a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you perform or upload. Rights-holders may report infringing content to us, and we may remove it and suspend repeat infringers.
6. Intellectual property
Muzo retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, design, and branding.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
8. Service level
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of latency. Real-time audio quality depends on network conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, you may request export of your recordings within 30 days, after which they may be deleted.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Muzo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. General
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Questions: contact Muzo through the app.
